 It was at the tender age of 15 that Qristyl Frazier had her first sewing lesson and was immediately taken with the world of fashion. Being a Missouri native, Qristyl graduated from Stephens College in Columbia, MO.
After completing her degree she honed her skills as a fashion designer by working for industry giants such as "Sean by Sean Combs,”"Alice and Olivia”, "Victoria’s Secret”, and more.
Her 20 years of designing experience led her to establish a New York based fashion house for curvy women called Qristyl Frazier Designs, Inc. in 2006. She quickly and ingeniously coined the phrase "Plus Sexy” which is a term of endearment to describe confident voluptuous women who fully embrace their curves.
Since creating her Ecommerce store in 2006, Qristyl continues to produce quality garments for Plus Sexy women ages 22 and up between the sizes of 12-24.
Each piece is delicately handcrafted with care and Qristyl prides herself on the fact that she is the only plus designer who offers items by including a drop down menu for height, among color and size choices. Her unique approach of tailoring garments, with each customer’s proportions in mind, guarantees a perfect fit EVERY time.
Where she debuted her premiere solo NYC fashion show entitled Qristyl Frazier’s Sizzling Summer Fashion Show; finding her designs on the cover of SkorchMagazine and several features in CNN Living, Essence Magazine, JetMagazine, Plus Model Magazine, Venus Daily Diva, The Examiner,Harlem World, The St. Louis American, STL Mag, Bronze Magazine,VLog (LoveKisses99).
Qristyl Frazier Designs are an international commodity. Orders are shipped on a weekly basis worldwide to Europe, Australia, Africa, and more.
