 The German company Ulla Popken exists with 1880, initially specializing on production and sale of children's clothes and clothes for pregnant women.
For many years the company went to top of the success, and by 1978 the company turned into a national network of retail shops for future mothers. Company shops in Bremen, Hanover and Hamburg by then open.
Business extended after the company decides to trade and through a post network, dispatching the production in different corners of the world according to advanced orders.
With the beginning a franchize operation in 1984, the company became the leader of the market of clothes for pregnant women. However, it was only the beginning of history of success of Ulla Popken.
In 1987 the company expanded the business having begun release of clothes of the plus sizes - from 14 to 32.
Today the company already includes a network almost from 300 shops selling clothes for stout girls and women and being across all Europe and beyond its limits and as having the catalog and an Internet resource on production sale.
